In collaboration with Dentons, we invite you to join us on July 4th for a regulatory journey between the newest and most pressing regulatory developments in crowdfunding and crypto asset details.

We will start by covering ways to realize market opportunities in German crowdfunding under ECSPR; after that we will explore opportunities to view finance through a diverse lense and unlock the future of digital finance.

Last but nor least we will address relevant news concerning crypto assets – from the upcoming entry into force of Europe’s comprehensive crypto statute MiCAR to dealing with tax issues (and how to best tackle them) in the crypto space.
