EUROCROWD Joins EVPA for the Second Crowdfunding for Impact Series on 7 July 2021

by EUROCROWD on 23.06.2021

As a continuation of the Crowdfunding for impact series organized on the role of crowdfunding as a growing channel for investing for impact capital, the European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA) invites you to a second part of the E-Talk webinars!

After a successful webinar hosted online on 10 June 2021 on the ways investors for impact can best work with crowdfunding platforms, the next one coming up on 7 July 2021 will answer the question how can crowdfunding platforms unlock follow-on funding.

The free-to-register webinar will showcase current trends and state of the growing field of crowdfunding, as well as present selected use cases and examples to illustrate how crowdfunding platforms can set up different vehicles to achieve greater social impact and work together to foster follow-on investments.

Aside from the presentation of the new original EVPA research: Accelerating the SDGs – The role of crowdfunding in investing for impact that the webinar series builds on to and experiences the crowdfunding platform Bolsa Social had in combining different investment vehicles to achieve greater social impact, the webinar will also include a presentation from EUROCROWD’s Deputy Director Francesca Passeri.

After sharing the insights on the topic and providing an overview of the market growth of the sector in the first E-Talk series, this time, the focus will be on sharing the wider context based on our research, experience and results.

Agenda

  • Introductory remarks & highlights of the research: EVPA
